TalentAttraction Specialist

You willplay a pivotal role in identifyingand engaging the best talent forour rapidly growing teams.If you are passionate about recruitmentenjoy marketing andbuilding networks and have a knack for sourcingtoptier candidates this could be the perfect opportunity foryou.

You will work closely with TalentAcquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop and implementinnovative strategies to attract talent. Your efforts will not onlyensure an excellent pipeline of candidates for current needs butalso build talent pools for future hardtofillroles.

Objectives& Responsibilities:

Rovco is anexciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to changeas we grow. Upon joining your objectives and responsibilities willinclude:

CandidateSourcing & Engagement:Utilize a variety ofsourcing techniques including LinkedIn job boards Xray searchingand networking to identify and engage candidates for specializedroles.

TalentPool Development:Build and maintain talent poolsfor hardtofill positions ensuring a steady pipeline of qualifiedcandidates.

EmployerBranding:Collaborate with our marketing team toenhance our employer brand develop compelling job advertisementsand create engaging content to attract toptalent.

CandidateAssessment:Conduct initial assessments withcandidates to evaluate their fit for specific roles and ensure asmooth transition to the interviewstage.

Inthe first 30/60/90 days the youwill need to:

  • 30 days:Gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys roles and hiringneeds familiarize with employer brand sourcing tools and startidentifying potential candidates.
  • 60days: Develop and implement talent attractionstrategies for hardtofill roles Sourcing talent to create talentpools and improve advertising and employer branding efforts.
  • 90 days andbeyond: Establish in flow of qualified candidatesrefine sourcing techniques and employer brand strategy andcollaborate effectively with the talent acquisition team and hiringmanagers.


Weknow its tough but please try to avoid the confidence gap. You donthave to match all the listed requirements exactly to be consideredfor this role:

Provenexperience in sourcing talent within highly competitive marketsparticularly in technology and engineeringsectors. Proficiencyin using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn jobboards social media Xraysearching). Goodunderstanding of employer branding and recruitmentmarketing. Excellentcommunication interpersonal and researchskills. Abilityto build and maintain a network of potentialcandidates. Highlyorganized with a keen eye fordetail. Creativethinking and problemsolvingskills.


Growtogether with us You may know some of this already if notyou willlearn and use the following:

  • Knowledge of therobotics software subsea or marineindustries.
  • Recruiting in multiplegeographies.
  • Familiarity with ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) we useTeamtailor
