Location: London, UK. Hybrid - 2 days Onsite.

The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sourcing Partner to join our team.

You will be responsible for fulfilling a high ratio of vacancies received by allocated clients, with the aim of becoming a premium supplier and hitting client SLAs.
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with client contacts, focusing on candidate attraction and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

Attract and assess top candidates.
Shortlist and present candidates to clients.
Keep stakeholders informed about the recruitment process.
Ensure CVs are accurate and well-formatted.
Use data to manage candidates from application to offer.
Maintain contact with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction.
Mentor junior team members.
Identify and capitalize on future opportunities with clients.About You:

Thorough understanding of the recruitment process and technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite tools.
Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Prior experience within the recruitment sector, particularly in audit/accounts, tax, HR and central services, technology, and financial services.
Highly developed skills in candidate sourcing & qualification.What Can We Offer You?
