Senior Recruitment Consultant
Wimbledon (first 6 months in office, then move to 4 days in the office, 1 day wfh)
Up to £40,000 depending on recruitment experience  
Clear commission structure (no caps or thresholds)
(Year 1 OTE 35-40k, Year 2 OTE 60k, Year 3 OTE 100k+)

We are looking for experienced recruiters who is ready to jump into 2025 and make it their year! We are recruiting for someone to join our Data Science & AI team. This market is receiving millions of investment so if you're keen to bring your experience to a booming market read on!


The Role

  • You will be a full-desk (360) recruiter which means you are responsible for taking ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle from start to finish
  •  Half of your day doing cold outreach and business development to build new client relationships & sell our services to high-level hiring managers at companies external to Harnham that need support in hiring specialized talent for their teams and then spend the other half of the day sourcing and screening qualified candidates for the roles.
  • Coming in as a senior recruiter you will receive tailored learning and coaching sessions with the in- house trainers as well as 121s with your manager weekly. 
  • You will be working in a highly productive sales environment and will be expected to consistently hit targets that have been set out for you
  • As much as this is a phone based role, where possible it is encouraged to meet clients face to face and go onsite to their offices
  • We expect our consultants to know their market inside out and provide loads of resources to develop and upskill this. You don't need previous experience in the data market but an eagerness to learn

Recruitment is a career that will often require you to work longer than the contracted hours (a typical day is 8am-6:30pm) because it will give more flexibility for your clients and candidates to take calls before or after their working hoursso please make sure you have looked into the commuting time to the office in Wimbledon.
