The Role


Our client seeks a dynamic B2B Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in the B2B SaaS or maritime sector to join their London team.


You will be securing new business and strategically expanding existing accounts. You will manage the full sales lifecycle in a high-touch outbound model, working within a niche, high-value client base.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sales Target Ownership & Deal Management
  • Sales Lifecycle Management:Drive sales cycles of 2 months for smaller deals and up to 6 months for larger opportunities.
  • New Business Development:Generate 70% of revenue through new business by engaging prospects with tailored, consultative sales strategies.
  • Account Growth:Expand existing accounts (30% of revenue) by identifying opportunities for additional value and ensuring long-term client success.
  • Best Practices:Implement and leverage best practices and processes in B2B SaaS sales to ensure consistent performance.


What You Bring


  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with technology solutions for shipping or commodities.
  • Experience in commodity trading sectors (oil, gas, grains, minerals, etc.) and European trading regions.
  • Exceptional client engagement skills and VIP customer service capabilities.


Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £100k base plus commission
