Opportunity to join a rapidly growing life science business at Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant level. Depending on your experience, you can join either the permanent or contract team, recruiting for the UK, EU (DACH, France, Scandinavian) markets.

The organisation is a privately owned, multi-regional, life science recruitment business. Global headcount sits at just over one hundred with a large expansion strategy to meet client demand. USPs include a KPI free culture, a 30% commission scheme, strong career development platform. There is the opportunity to join the US team if desired.

Responsibilities are end-to-end 360 recruitment, managing several recruitment projects at any given time. Including delivery, candidate engagement, account management and business development. You'll become a functional expert within a specific vertical and support the continued success of the business.

Requirements to join are a proven track record in vertical market recruitment, preferably international life sciences or engineering that's covered life sciences. You'll need to demonstrate impressive billing figures, business wins and your desire to succeed and develop your recruitment career. A prerequisite for recruiters from other sectors, such as legal, finance, industrial, renewables is liaising directly at a senior client level, preferably Director / VP level (hiring manager).

Specific Opportunities within MedTech and Medical Devices:

• Senior/ Principal technology consultant (Data Engineering, AI, Data Science etc)
• Senior/ Principal MedDev consultant (specific focus on Commercial role for Medical Devices)
