As a key member ofour team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, andplacing top freelance data professionals within our current and newclient organisations across Europe. This is an exciting opportunityfor an individual who is passionate about technology recruitmentand thrives in a fast-paced, high performing, results-drivenenvironment. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitmentprocesses for freelance data professionals, including candidatesourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Developand maintain strong new business relationships with clients tounderstand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitmentsolutions. - Utilise various sourcing methods, includingnetworking, referrals, job boards, and social media, to identifyand engage top freelance data talent across Europe. - Act as atrusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing guidanceand support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Stay abreast ofindustry trends and market developments to effectively adviseclients and candidates on market conditions, project rates, andrecruitment best practices. - Collaborate with internal teams toensure a seamless recruitment experience for both clients andcandidates. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience intechnology recruitment, with a focus on the freelance data market.- Strong knowledge of the European data market, including dataanalytics, data science, data engineering, and relatedtechnologies. - Proven track record of success in sourcing andplacing freelance data professionals across Europe. - Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrapport and establish trust with clients and candidates. - Highlyorganized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
