Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large insurance pricing projects
• Build and optimise pricing models, with tools such asRadar,Python, andExcel.
• Conductdata analysis,modelling, andvisualisationto provide insights that improve pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions and reports.
• Automate pricing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and minimise manual tasks.
• Handledata migrationand pipeline development
• UtilisePower BI,Tableau, and other visualisation tools to present pricing data in dynamic and accessible ways.
• Participate inproject managementand version control, ensuring the smooth delivery of pricing projects.
• Upskill junior team members and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming knowledge inR,Python,PySpark, andSQL.
• Familiar withdata visualisationtools likePower BI,Tableau, andLooker.
• Knowledge ofpricing systems,claims handling, and working with large datasets.
• A background inmachine learning,data optimisation, and creating data pipelines is a plus.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience ininsurance pricinganddata scienceroles
• Proven track record indata migration,automation, andworkflow optimisation.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with international teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and data teams.
• Degree or higher in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or evidence of equivalent mathematical proficiency.
