We are hiring a Senior Manager Client Success for our Staines office!


Location: Our Staines office (2 Causeway Park, The Causeway, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 3BF)

Hybrid working - 3 days in office and 2 days from home

Leading one of ADP UK’s highly experienced and successful Account and Relationship management teams. You will be focused on championing the needs of our clients, in order to deliver class leading retention rates whilst also identifying and delivering revenue opportunities.

You will provide senior level engagement in support of ADP’s Excom, creating strong c-level business-to-business relationships to drive increased engagement with client decision makers. Contribute to and influence towards the vision of the department to ensure ongoing success and future growth for UK, Ireland and other ESI business units.


You and your team of Account Directors and Account Managers will champion client experience across our organisation, helping everyone focus on retention, client likelihood or recommend and maximising every opportunity.

THINGS YOU’LL DO:Responsibilities

  • Provide senior level client engagement
  • Leading teams to improve client experience, on a day-to-day basis
  • To deliver stronger relationships between ADP and the clients
  • To identify and mitigate potential client revenue loss risk
  • Ownership and effective decision making which align with the business KPI’s, in particular Retention, Revenue, NPS and NOI
  • Define and execute the client relationship and engagement strategy for the Account Management function
  • Provide a deep and rich reference repository
  • Develop Client Account Plans and Client Engagement models
  • Create clear and consistent client facing collateral and materials
  • Build brilliant relationships with our senior client contacts
  • Manage and oversee a broad, high value client base by ensuring these are allocated and managed accordingly by the teams to deliver against the Account Management focus areas and metrics of retention and revenue growth
  • Support in ensuring that all aged debtor issues are brought to a conclusion
  • Proactively develop the team to ensure solid succession plans in order to futureproof the department and demonstrate associate progression
  • Encourage, promote and demonstrate internal progression within ADP
  • Operate a team structure that is aligned to deliver our retention and sales ambitions
  • Deliver inspirational leadership to your group that results in improved Associate engagement scores
  • Encourage, promote and demonstrate internal progression within ADP
  • Play a key role within the Senior Service Team
  • Perform other duties and business initiatives as required and as the Business dictates


WHAT YOU’ll NEED:


  • 3+ years of experience as a leader in professional Services/BPO or Employment Agencies with a solid track record.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills are required, with the confidence to deliver at CxO and Excom level
  • Networking and relationship building, internal to ADP and with Clients
  • Influencing and negotiation at all levels to CxO and Excom
  • First class verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a multi-functional team
  • Teamwork and co-operation
  • Financial and commercial acumen

BONUS POINTS FOR EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE OF:


  • Knowledge of HR & Payroll drivers and processes is an advantage
  • Demonstrable experience and achievement in a senior Account Management role
  • Good understanding of payroll legislation and working practices within a bureau environment is desirable
