Are you an experienced and ambitious Senior Tech Lead with a deep passion for the Microsoft Stack, looking for a challenging new role? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, leading projects from concept to completion, and mentoring a talented team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you with our client, a leading Managed Services Provider based in Bournemouth.

This is a pivotal role where you'll be instrumental in overseeing critical projects and driving their successful implementation, all built around Microsoft technologies. You'll be managing a dedicated team of four technical professionals, guiding their development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar senior technical role.

Strong background in Managed Services, with hands-on expertise across the Microsoft Stack, including:

Development Tools: Deep proficiency with Visual Studio and experience leveraging .NET Framework or .NET Core for application development.

Cloud Platform: Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., App Service, Functions, SQL Database).

Databases: Strong command of Microsoft SQL Server.

Demonstrable experience in end-to-end project oversight and implementation.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring.

A solid understanding of diverse technologies relevant to an MSP environment.

Crucially, a strong understanding or direct experience with no-low code development tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate) is a significant advantage. We're looking for someone who can champion the efficient use of these platforms.

Any experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies would also be a plus.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

You'll need to be local to Bournemouth or within a commutable distance, as this role will be primarily on-site, especially during the initial 6 months.
