Overview:
LivePerson is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Business Analyst who wants to apply their knowledge and skills to new problems in the Data Privacy and Artificial Intelligence (AI) area. Working with a team of both technical and non-technical members, you will help create new processes and procedures, and align current processes and procedures with both our internal and customer-facing processes. You will get to work with some of the top global brands and with a team of world class professionals. Most of all, your expertise, knowledge and experience will help define standards for continued expansion of our vision. This role will be cross-functional and customer facing, highly dynamic and reporting into LivePerson’s Legal team.
You will:
Assist all areas of LivePerson in developing, facilitating, and maintaining processes and governance frameworks aligning with privacy and AI standards globally Collaborate and partner with the product and engineering teams as well as other business areas to promote a strong Data Privacy & AI Compliance culture and to empower everyone in the organization to find, understand, and govern data efficiently and effectively in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Provide support for our customers in documentation and assistance Manage third party privacy topics including supporting third party due diligence and data privacy impact assessments.
You have:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience working for as Business Analyst or similar role in a Global Technology CompanyKnowledge of new and existing laws, regulations, and best practices impacting data governance, data management, and artificial intelligence. Relevant certifications are highly preferred and expectedExperience in Data Privacy and AI compliance such as set-up and maintenance of a data processing inventory (ROPA)Very good knowledge with data protection management and ticketing tools (e.g. Onetrust and ServiceNow) A high level understanding of 3rd party certifications such as PCI-DSS / SOC2 Ability to communicate, at all levels, comfortably and with confidence - both technical and non-technical subjects and sometimes acting as a liaison/translator between parties Experience working through complex problems, and creating easy-to-follow solutions Capacity to motivate others and lead change by taking initiative where appropriate Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach Ability to work remotely or in a team setting as needed (we are a remote first organization; but we also value time together)
