Senior BI Analyst - Tableau & SQL - TravelIndustry - London hybrid - Salary negotiable dep on experience upto £65,000 - J12819 Working for the worlds largest online ferrytravel agent, an international business with over 20 differentlanguage sites, selling 4000 routes and working with ferryoperators across the globe. You will be an experienced BI Analyst,preferably with experience using Tableau, who thrives in afast-paced environment and enjoys working with a range ofstakeholders. Working closely with the Marketing, Commercial, andProduct teams, you will be responsible for developing andmaintaining a range of self-serve reports to provide insights anddrive better business decisions and outcomes. Data is at the heartof the business, and this role presents an exciting opportunity tocollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to supportgrowth plans. This role will report to the Head of Data Science.This position is a hybrid working role based in the central Londonoffice. Duties • Develop and maintain core business KPI reportingdashboards. • Partner with stakeholders across the business toidentify key reporting needs. • Create dashboards andvisualizations using Tableau. • Collaborate with Data Engineers toensure data quality and integrity. • Look for opportunities toimprove our existing reporting. • Troubleshoot and resolvedata-related issues. • Ad hoc analysis. Skills • 3 years ofexperience developing reports in a BI tool, with Tableau stronglypreferred. • Advanced SQL skills, with experience working withlarge-scale customer databases. Exposure to clickstream and GooglePPC data is preferable. • A confident communicator who caneffectively gather requirements and guide teams towards data-drivensolutions. • Enjoys working in a fast paced, commercially drivenenvironment. • A self-starter with the ability to workindependently. • Maintains a strong eye for detail and possessesexcellent critical thinking skills. • Previous experience workingin an ecommerce/digital business is preferable.
