Senior BI Analyst - Tableau & SQL - Travel Industry - London hybrid - Salary negotiable dep on experience up to £65,000 - J12819

Working for the worlds largest online ferry travel agent, an international business with over 20 different language sites, selling 4000+ routes and working with ferry operators across the globe.

You will be an experienced BI Analyst, preferably with experience using Tableau, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a range of stakeholders.

Working closely with the Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a range of self-serve reports to provide insights and drive better business decisions and outcomes. Data is at the heart of the business, and this role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support growth plans.

This role will report to the Head of Data Science. This position is a hybrid working role based in the central London office.

Duties
• Develop and maintain core business KPI reporting dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify key reporting needs.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Look for opportunities to improve our existing reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Ad hoc analysis.

Skills
• 3+ years of experience developing reports in a BI tool, with Tableau strongly preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with large-scale customer databases. Exposure to clickstream and Google PPC data is preferable.
• A confident communicator who can effectively gather requirements and guide teams towards data-driven solutions.
• Enjoys working in a fast paced, commercially driven environment.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Maintains a strong eye for detail and possesses excellent critical thinking skills.
• Previous experience working in an ecommerce/digital business is preferable.
