Creoate is building products and solutions in unconventional ways so that more entrepreneurs and small businesses owners can better run their businesses.

We help independent retailers buy sustainable and unique products from brands and wholesalers on a centralised platform, using artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to improve retailer forecast sales, manage inventory levels and get sustainable finance.

All we do is aimed at delivering more choice, better pricing, and more efficient logistics at a global scale for our customers. Our mission has been extensively covered in TechCrunch and Sifted (hottest investments shortlist), and we are led by a world-class team who have worked at or invested in high-growth cultures including Farfetch, Amazon, Checkout, Vinted, Lyst, Zapp, Weezy, and Deloitte.

We're currently a team of 60 strong, and growing fast across 7 different countries with hubs in the UK (London), Canada (Toronto) and Portugal (Lisbon). Having support from world-class VCs who have invested in Airbnb, Slack, Square, Checkout, and Job&Talent also means that we are now ready to meet ambitious leaders to help us shape the future.

About the role

We are excited to expand our global footprint as we continue to experience substantial growth across 3 continents. The position is an opportunity to build our mid-market strategy. You will help accelerate network effects by contributing to our strategic initiatives and meaningfully influencing our roadmap. 

Your entrepreneurial drive, adept communication abilities, and problem-solving acumen will be instrumental in persuading top-tier brands and retailers to adopt Creoate's Financial Services and entrust us with their wholesale needs.

This is a high visibility role and is expected to deliver ambitious growth performance, new insights and recommendations to Creoate's leadership. 

You will:

Outreach:Execute innovative outreach efforts, engaging both prospective and existing brands and retailers through our cross platform services 

 Funnel Management:Apply your proficiency in processes and managing growth funnels to guide prospects from lead generation through the entire sales cycle, ensuring the continued success of our brands and retailers

Target obsession:Consistently achieve and surpass monthly goals and targets via proactive initiatives and hustle

Problem solving:Collaborate with multiple Creoate teams to refine messaging and contribute to the development of content, augmenting both inbound and outbound growth efforts

Innovation:Leverage your previous growth experience to shape a creative go-to-market strategy, uncovering unconventional avenues for exponential growth

Your Profile 

Growth Expert:Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in an mid-market sales/account management or equivalent  

Proven Track Record:Demonstrate a track record of surpassing growth targets and closing a significant volume of deals using clear, replicable funnels and frameworks

Comfortable with Data:Be comfortable with data analysis and proficiency in utilising Excel and database reports to refine brand assessment accuracy. Hubspot experience highly preferred although not mandatory

Ownership:Exhibit the ability to independently drive deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Effective Communicator:Communicate effectively, collaborate seamlessly, advocate innovative ideas, take ownership, and maintain a hands-on approach to your responsibilities.
