🕵️‍♀️ ARE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE?

We are looking for a talented individual who has:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar security role
  • Strong knowledge of security legislation and best practices
  • Proven experience in training and auditing security teams
  • Fluency in English language, both written and oral
  • Familiarity with supply chain/logistics security practices is preferred
  • Availability to respond to emergencies 24/7 and willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations and their business implications
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively



✔️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Reporting directly to the International Security Manager, the Security Specialist will be responsible for implementing security standards, protecting our people, assets, and goods, and driving security initiatives in line with global corporate guideline.

Specifically, you will:

  • Implement, maintain, and update corporate security systems, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and compliance with regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and develop loss prevention and remediation strategies
  • Manage and monitor security systems, including CCTV, access controls, alarms, and intrusion detection, ensuring legal compliance and effectiveness
  • Train and onboard staff in security protocols to build a security-conscious workforce
  • Evaluate security suppliers to ensure adherence to company standards and improve overall security performance
  • Work with law enforcement, internal teams, and leadership to manage budgets, foster partnerships, and drive security initiatives
  • Lead security projects, propose innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Analyze KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine security operations and support decision-making
