Role Overview:

The Sales Associate role is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their technology needs and provide product knowledge to guide customer decisions. This role involves demonstrating and explaining software solution capabilities to inform customer decision making and supporting with managing accounts. This role will also support the wider Sales Team on sales administrative activities. 

This position will be based in our London office.  The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week, but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office for the remaining 3 days of the week. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals. 
  • Interact with customers to understand their technology needs and providing recommendations for right the right solution. 
  • You will need to pick up the phone and call people on a daily basis. 
  • Support with potential business opportunities with clients, discovering and exploring further details regarding the opportunities to build an effective pipeline.  
  • Drive through the full sales cycle, assessing and building relationships, delivering presentations and winning business.  
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Nuix product and value-adds including new releases and be informed about latest industry developments. 
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.  
  • Collaborate with the Professional Services team to ensure successful customer experience, adoption and engagement.  
  • Participate at industry events and forums in liaison with Nuix EMEA Marketing. 
  • Be a Nuix brand ambassador in the marketplace.  
  • Support the wider Sales Team on sales activities, administration, lead generation calling and events. 
  • Demonstrate the Nuix behaviours at all times.  



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Demonstrated relevant Sales experience at least three years with a track record of exceeding performance targets  
  • Confidence to present and demonstrate software and solution value to key prospects. 
  • Proven negotiation skills. 
  • Confidence to present and demonstrate software and solution value to key prospects. 
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively with high levels of attention to detail. 
  • A self-starter who is hungry to learn at a world leading software solutions company. 
  • Ability to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to feedback and dedication to continued professional development.
