We provide top-tier permanent and contract talent to leading Virtual Production studios, contributing to major TV shows and blockbuster movies viewed by millions globally.

Our industry is growing fast, and our clients are recruiting high volumes of permanent and contract Developers, Artists, Producers, and Creatives. We need your help to meet the demand and we’re looking to hire a Candidate Resourcer to join us!

You’ll be well-supported, and you’ll get all the training and development you need to be successful.

What’s the role of Resourcer?

• Research: Work closely with our recruiters to carry out ‘candidate mapping’ and identify the best industry talent – mainly using LinkedIn and several of our artificial intelligence-based software platforms which we’ll train you to use. Resourcing the right candidates is key to our success.
  
  
• Interviews: Helping recruiters to prepare in advance for candidate interviews by preparing necessary documentation (such as Company Profiles, interview questions, and preparation materials) to help with their research and increase the chances of success! Effective resourcing plays a crucial role here.
  
  
• Shortlisting: In this administrative phase, you will prepare candidate shortlists to present to the recruiter, explaining why you think the candidates are ideally matched against the vacancy we’re working on. Your resourcing skills will be essential for identifying top talent.
  
  
• Referencing: Obtain telephone-based references for candidates, ensuring thorough and accurate resourcing.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to refine our resourcing strategies and improve the overall efficiency of our recruitment process.
  
  What about you?
  
  
• We’re looking for an experienced Resourcer with circa 6-9mths + experience
  
  
• Strong administrative skills and telephone-based customer service focus
  
  
• Enthusiastic, positive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Initiative and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Great communication skills
  
  
• Proficiency with MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
