The Role:

Our financial services team are one of our most established teams, which means the role is less focused on ‘sell, sell, sell’ but on adding value to our already existing client base. We have an incredible reputation within the market, so clients and candidates are already aware of Heat and our great service. Therefore warmer calls and easier to build long term relationships, every new team member has done their first placement within the first 7 weeks.


As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will take full responsibility for every aspect of the recruitment process. With overall accountability for developing and maintaining your portfolio of clients and candidates within the Financial Services market.

What are we looking for?


  • Previous experience within a 360 recruitment role in the financial services Recruitment sector is desirable.
  • Happy working autonomously and with minimal supervision: whilst you will have the support and backing of the wider business and back office team, this is a highly autonomous role, so the ability to self-motivate and thrive within that environment is key.
  • Understanding of the recruitment process and ability to offer a world-class service.
  • Confident in sales and negotiation, experience handling complex recruitment issues, and providing solutions with a strong record of accomplishment in this market.
