Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant
Contract or Permanent Desk
Office Based in London or Birmingham
£25,000 to £40,000 plus up to 40% commission (no threshold / uncapped)
Recently opened Birmingham Office (several global offices)
Opportunity for an ambitious and financially driven 360 life science / engineering recruiter.
Specific opportunities in MedTech / Medical Devices:
Organisation:Established global life science / engineering recruitment business enjoying year on year revenue and headcount growth - expanding further by opening new offices in more regions, including Birmingham. Culture is high performance (fast -paced) with industry leading rewards.
Roles:All positions are 360 and include winning business within your specific vertical, delivering on the business and strategic account management to leverage new business from the client base - forge long standing industry relationships.
Requirements: You'll have a successful track record as a 360-recruitment consultant within the life science / engineering markets. Contract or Perm markets.
Remuneration:Base salary is dependant on your experience. Commission is threshold free and uncapped up to 40%. Additional incentives include high rollers rewards such as international trips away (such as Las Vegas) for hitting targets and a millionaire's club where the business buys you a designer (Rolex) watch for reaching £1million in sales. This business provides groubd breaking incentives and rewards achievement like no other.
The business has several £1million revenue generating consultants. You will be trained, developed and encouranged to join them. Remuneration is upwards of £300,000 for the achievement.
