As our business expands, we are looking for a talented 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team.


Key Duties:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle (360), including sourcing, interviewing, and placing construction professionals within temporary and contract roles.
  • Build and maintain lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction and success.
  • Actively source, screen, and assess quality construction professionals to match them with the right opportunities.
  • Manage timesheets and oversee payroll processing using a dedicated management portal.
  • Maintain a pool of available, qualified workers, ensuring a constant supply of talent for client needs.
  • Understand client recruitment requirements and provide tailored, strategic advice to deliver the best candidate matches.
  • Conduct on-site client visits and service assessments to maintain quality and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Handle full candidate management, including registration, compliance checks, and adherence to health and safety regulations.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction or a related industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish long-term client and candidate connections.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for the recruitment process.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license & own vehicle
