Tech Talent Partners is a London based technology recruitment firm, working with some of the most exciting early-mid stage companies in the world.

The role requires someone to bring a strong understanding of agency recruitment first

principles and 1-2 years of experience in making technology hires, particularly

across software engineering and within a recruitment agency, ideally. We're also very interested in those coming from in-house roles who are actively looking to operate on the agency side.

The typical roles we recruit for include; Full Stack, Machine Learning, LLM/ AI, Research, Frontend, Backend, Platform, Cloud and Product Engineers.

Our clients tend to be early-stage technology start-ups into well-funded scale-ups across Europe.

We use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, various Application Tracking Systems and

we have our own proprietary database.

We’re excited to find someone who can bring a considered and mature approach to

building long-term and meaningful relationships with our community.

As an experienced recruiter, you’ll join Emily and JT – who have worked together for 4 years :)

London (Monument) for 2-4 days per week, depending on our schedules.
