About the Role: Seerist is looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team in the Americas team. The product manager will play a critical role in enhancing and growing the Seerist product by assessing customer needs and defining the value proposition. They will assist product leadership to define the product vision and the associated product roadmap, by assessing individual requirements and transforming them into product features. The manager will be instrumental for building and introducing new products into the market. This is a mission-critical role, helping formulate and deliver key components of Seerist’s threat and risk intelligence platform. You will be experienced in our industry, excited by the potential and focused on delivery. Putting the client first will be in your DNA. This is a Hybrid role, 3 days in the office. Responsibilities: Define product requirements Transforming client needs into product features in collaboration with the wider product/technology leadership and design team Work with a cross-functional team to draw up product requirements and technical documentation Lead the creation of feature-associated UX/UI designs, coordinating stakeholders internally Help with the sequencing of requirements based on commercial value, development effort and other dependencies Working with the technology team to adapt our business roadmap into a technology delivery plan Involved in the development process and participating in daily engineering team’s ceremonies (requirement definition, stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, testing) Customer research and analysis (contributor) Analyze customer research to get insights into client’s practical needs and the competitive landscape Assist in the design of client questionnaires and interviews to gather continuous product feedback. Align plans and strategies with KPIs such as revenue growth and retention. Required Qualifications: Experience in managing projects/products, including practical knowledge of the full product lifecycle Experience in a platform-focused SaaS environ ment.
