Advanced automated marketing cloud platform, adored by brands worldwide, is searching for aProduct Managerto join a brand new team in theUK(Londonorremote) focusing on building a greenfield product in order to compliment their existing portfolio and drive further success of the company and its customers.


As Product Manager, you'll be fundamental to an autonomous team, working with software engineers, designers and QA helping bootstrap a brand new product. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building and iterating great products quickly.


Responsibilities

  • Researching, building and owning a new product that supports the wider product strategy.
  • Conducting varied, continuous discovery to unearth opportunities to add value to users and distinguishes the company from competitors.
  • Collaborating with engineers, UX designers, and relevant stakeholders to craft potential solutions and test assumptions; perform value/risk analysis, and suggest possible success metrics.
  • Working proactively with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and prospects to build out a new product that customers love.
  • Making logical suggestions on pricing and packages for the new product.
  • Determining and communicating the launch process and reasoning, along with insights and improvements anticipated from previews.
  • Collaborating with Product Marketing to help inform and develop the launch narrative for any solutions being launched publicly.
  • Driving forward the end-to-end product development lifecycle for your area of responsibility, from concept to launch, including working with development teams within an Agile framework, ensuring the delivery of on-time and value-adding features.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager managing end-to-end product development lifecycles from scoping to delivery and post-launch support and iteration following in Agile.
  • Strong experience in building relationships with customers, partners, customer-facing teams, sales teams, engineers and more.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; you evangelise your goals to help others understand and work with you to achieve success.
  • Highly organised and diligent; you have experience of working in cross-functional engineering teams to execute a product roadmap, and always communicate clearly when there are roadblocks.
  • A strong problem-solver who can also bring together the people and knowledge to solve complex, sometimes technical, problems and ensure successful outcomes for the business and customers.
  • You’ve got great ownership skills and you focus on producing value over just following processes or the latest product framework.
