Salisbury (On-site)
£55,000 - £65,000 + Holiday + Pension

This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager with experience in AI and ML to join a company that offers great progression channels and is a market leader that has been established over 50 years.

This company is an industry leader that offers a variety of electronic tools for precise measurement and data recording. They even create custom electronics for unique needs and are known for user-friendly tools, making them a go to business for environmental monitoring. This wide range of electronic products are then supplied to many sectors, giving them a global reach.

In this varied role you will be responsible for successfully executing and implementing the new product strategy. This includes establishing a strategic roadmap, overseeing new product development, collaborating with senior management on investment priorities and developing KPI's. Additionally, you will lead the product team and manage the technology ecosystem, including architecture, vendor relationships, and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Product Management and have worked in both a leadership and hands-on position. Experience in AI and Machine Learning is required to support on predictive technology for automated continuous improvements. Additionally, the candidate should have experience upgrading technology, designing high-reliability and serviceability products. Prior experience in the life sciences vertical is also beneficial, particularly with compliance and validation requirements. Technical knowledge of IoT monitoring technology and temperature monitoring systems would be advantageous.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap.
  • Oversee new product development and manage the product team.
  • Manage the technology ecosystem, including architecture, vendor relationships, and development.
  • 5 Days on-site

    The Person:
  • Strong technical background in Product Management with leadership and hands-on experience.
  • Expertise in AI and Machine Learning for continuous improvements.
  • Experience upgrading technology and designing reliable products.
  • Technical knowledge of IoT monitoring and temperature monitoring systems would be advantageous.
  • No Smoking or Vaping
