The work you do here is important and impactful and our client is proud of being the best as what they do. Their ideal candidate will be:

Demonstrated experience as a product manager, preferably within data products
Expertise in agile methodologies, with PRINCE2 certification
Skilled in collaborating with external teams and data scientists
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities
Proficient with data analytics and visualization tools
Background in the higher education sector is a plus

No two days working here will be the same, but generally as a Product Manager you can expect to be responsible for:

Agile & PRINCE2 Project Management: Apply agile methodologies and PRINCE2 principles to ensure structured and efficient product development.
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy for data products in the UK's higher education sector, addressing market needs and opportunities.
Product Roadmap: Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritising features based on user feedback and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead communication and coordination between internal and external teams (developers, designers, analysts, QA) to ensure smooth product delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients and external data scientists to gather requirements, feedback, and align products with business goals.
Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with GDPR and relevant regulations.
User-Centric Design & Research: Champion user research to improve product usability and drive continuous, data-driven enhancements.
Performance Monitoring & QA: Define KPIs to measure product success and implement a rigorous QA process to maintain quality standards.
