What we’re looking for
We are currently looking for an International Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our UK based global payroll team. You will be part of a team of six reporting to the International Payroll Supervisor, contributing to the completion of UK and International payrolls, as well as maintaining compensation and benefit data for employees. You will be joining a team who will be keen for you to succeed and will provide you with opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills, whilst offering guidance and support on various processes.
Key Responsibilities
Providing daily support to the Payroll Team Data input into various payrolls as required Benefit and pension administration, managing opt outs / ins and uploading data to relevant parties Assisting the International Payroll Supervisor with the management of contractor data and payments Maintaining addresses, salaries and/or name changes Assisting with payroll queries, improvements and implementing changes Responding to emails in a timely manner Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Skills and Experience
Has exceptional attention to detail and good numerical skills Highly organised with the ability to multi-task The ability to show initiative and work within a team and be a good communicator Strong interpersonal skills and is a critical thinker Previous experience of working in an office environment Excellent Excel data manipulation skills Previous experience in payroll, with a willingness to learn new skills, desirable experience of payroll software (Cintra, ADP & Workday)
