HR Operations Specialist
The HR Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in CFC’s HR Operations team, working closely alongside colleagues in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and systems to provide a best-in-class experience to CFC’s employees. This role will be involved in ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems, including the planning and transition to a new HR system and its implementation and optimisation as a platform across CFC Group. You will also support global mobility and immigration initiatives as CFC expands its global reach, as well as taking ownership of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. About the role
The HR Operations Specialist will work with the HR Operations Team Leader and other HR team members to streamline processes, maintain accurate data and enhance overall HR service delivery. Your responsibilities will include; Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within HR operations to support. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems, addressing employee queries and resolving promptly. Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate HR processes with other business systems. Generate and support updates to HR documentation, including contracts and policies, as required. Generate reports on HR data and provide analysis (e.g., turnover, headcount, salary data), assisting with regular reporting as required, and presenting data in a meaningful, engaging way. Assist in the coordination and administration of the mid and end of year performance reviews processes, including the development of guidelines and employee communications and assisting the Learning & Development team with providing training and support to manager Working closely alongside HR colleagues, cross-function teams and implementation partners, assist in supporting the smooth implementation of Workday (or any other selected system) as a new HRiS for CFC Group. Assist in building training materials and delivering training to employees and managers to ensure users can confidently adopt the system by the implementation date; post-implementation continue to ensure training is provided to new users as required. Support HR activities associated with the set up of new CFC entities and branches, including the generation of employment contractual documents, policies and the setup of HR systems to support this. Assist with global mobility processes, including relocations and international transfers
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience in a previous HR role with a focus on operations. We are looking for a exceptionally organised individual with an eye for accuracy and attention to details. The successful candidate will be Proficient in MS suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good organisational and communication skills. Commitment to team working, sharing knowledge and providing support to team members Good research skills with the ability to gather benchmark data such as DE&I, compensation and benefits
