Requirements

Role Overview🔎

As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for creating an atmosphere that fosters productivity and creativity while maintaining a positive and professional work environment. This is a diverse and open-ended role where you’ll get to dive into a vast array of tasks and where each week will be different, including:

  • Lead initiatives to create a vibrant culture, including organising our social calendar, and thinking about celebration and recognition programs. Create delightful and impactful people experiences for our fantastic team.
  • Be a team EA/PA to the leadership team, unlocking their capacity by providing administrative support
  • Be the go-to person for everyday office and operational queries
  • Ensure our office is a great place to work for our current and prospective colleagues, liaising with the external building management team and keeping the snack stocks full!
  • Be ready to assist with various projects across the business which need extra attention, this could be; preparing for marketing events, coordinating interviews with hiring teams and candidates, organising travel arrangements as we explore international sales opportunities

  • Have experience as an office manager, a PA/EA or in event management
