The Role

The Account Manager (multi site recruiter) will support recruitment service delivery across sites in Hampshire, Oxfordshire & Sussex. Managing the recruitment of the flexible workforce across a number of our client sites in these locations.

This is a hybrid position which encompasses a mixture of client management and recruitment, frequent travel to sites will be required and no two days are the same.

Client Management Responsibilities:

• Fully understand client needs and maintain compliance with KPIs and company policies.
  
  
• Actively recruit candidates for specific sites.
  
  
• Regularly review client satisfaction and internal reports.
  
  
• Maintain records in line with legislative requirements and provide legislative updates.
  
  
• Collaborate with service centres and managers to ensure strong support.
  
  
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  
  
• Benchmark client expectations on salary, availability, and industry activity.
  
  Recruitment Responsibilities:
  
  
• Conduct candidate interviews, testing, and selection to meet service standards.
  
  
• Provide work inductions and manage personnel performance.
  
  
• Ensure staff availability to cover all positions, managing sickness and holiday coverage.
  
  
• Oversee recruitment activities and performance management.

  Skills & Experience Required:
  
  
• Previous experience in a recruitment background is essential
  
  
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety at work
  
  
• Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage
  
  
• Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills
  
  
• Holding a valid and clean driving license with own car table approach is essential
