Leasing Analyst - BTR/PBSA

This Analyst will play a crucial role in revenue management, maximising the financial performance of a significant Build to Rent and Student Housing Portfolio. This position involves analysing and forecasting rental revenue streams, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and providing insights to optimise leasing strategies, rental pricing, and overall financial returns.

• Data cleansing and reporting

• Revenue Reporting & Data Management

Requirements:

• Strong academic background with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, data science or Maths.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, revenue management, and pricing strategies.
• Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Proficient in financial analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and financial modelling software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
