Business Development Director - Real Estate Prop Tech (Build to Rent focus)


The Company:


Our client is a leading UK Prop Tech company that specialises in data science with AI. Their data is market leading which allows their clients to have a competitive edge when looking at the data on their portfolios.


Job Objective:


The successful candidate will be based in London. You will be a Business Development Director focusing on the residential sector including BTR, property investment and construction. You will build and lead a team with a focus on the BTR market. You must have a thorough understanding of the BTR market and the main players within the space. A good understanding of the investment market is also key so that you understand how this data can truly add value to perspective clients.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Identify high value potential clients in the target area to maximise customers and build your pipeline
  • Holding regular meetings with current and prospective clients
  • Presentations
  • Meeting sales targets required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
  • Market research
  • Reporting
  • Negotiation and managing contracts


Candidate Profile:


  • 4-10 years experience
  • You must have experience presenting to senior board members
  • Experience in Real Estate including development, research and investment
  • Very good understanding of the built to rent sector
  • A confident self-starter driven individual
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good negotiation experience


Remuneration:


The role is paying a competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus benefits and bonus. There will be the ability to get carry on projects that you are involved in.
