My Client in London is looking for a Data Analytics Manager

Duties

Leveraging Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Power BI, you will drive the development of scalable data solutions while ensuring a culture of learning and excellence. You will build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver actionable insights. This role requires a deep understanding of modern data platforms, analytics tools, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data Initiatives: Manage and oversee data engineering and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Data Engineering: Utilize Databricks for data transformation, analytics, and machine learning workflows.
• Orchestrate with Synapse: Build and maintain workflows using Azure Synapse and related tools.
• Implement CI/CD: Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
• Leverage Infrastructure as Code: Use Bicep templates for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• SQL Expertise: Optimize and maintain data models and queries in SQL. Visualize Data: Build impactful dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Streamline Processes: Leverage Azure DevOps for project management, code repositories, and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience in the Data and Analytics Domain.
• Previous Management experience is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Notebooks). Advanced knowledge of SQL development.
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse for orchestration and analytics. Working experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
