• Drafting operating desk anduser instructions (M)
• Managing stakeholderrelationships at all levels (M)

• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity (M)
• Developing product backlogs (epics features and userstories) (D)

Experience & Knowledge
• 35 years in a Lead Business Analyst role intransformation programmes (M)
• 35 years linemanagement experience (M)
• 35 years in atransformation and business change environment (M)
• Data analysis data science data architecture and / ordata transformation (M)
• Working in an agile /SCRUM programme environment (M)
• Working in amatrix management programme environment (M)
•Working in a regulated environment (M)
• Bankof England banking or financial institution experience(D)
• Lean / sixsigma methodologies(D)
• Project management methodologies(D)
• ISEB Diploma Business Analysis(D)
