Dext operates across Europe, North America and APAC, with an expanding SaaS product portfolio. We are now seeking a People Operations Specialist to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and support organisational growth. This role specifically supports our people in the UK and Australia but is also involved in global projects on HRIS, reporting, performance management, and compensation & benefits.

The role - what you’ll do:

The People Operations Specialist is a global role, with specific responsibility for the planning, delivery and tracking of our people processes throughout the employee lifecycle to provide excellent employee experience, working closely with the wider People Team and stakeholders across the business. 

People Operations:

  • Manages, tracks and resolves employee queries via the helpdesk;
  • Supports all employee lifecycle processes for starters, changes and leavers;
  • Maintains HRIS data,  workflows and integrations (Hibob);
  • Manages policy updates on the company intranet;
  • Produces reports on employee data as required;
  • Advises employees on Dext policies and provides support on ER cases.

Finance Operations:

  • Manages Finance processes on behalf of the People Team, raising POs and ensuring supplier; invoices are processed;
  • Supports Finance audits as requested.

Reward & Benefits:

  • Payroll data preparation and submission;
  • Benefits enrolment and management via third-party portal;
  • Coordinates issuing of incentive and bonus plans.

Global Operations:

  • Supports the delivery of global People processes, e.g. performance reviews, compensation reviews;
  • Assists with coordination of global All Hands meetings;
  • Opportunities to participate in other global People team projects.

  • Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to adjust style to different audiences and levels of seniority;
  • Effective time-management and prioritisation skills to cope with multiple and often conflicting deadlines;
  • Extremely organised with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Data-driven; can easily learn and adapt to new software and processes;
  • Process-driven and systematic thinker;
  • Sound knowledge of employment processes and regulations is preferable;
  • Some knowledge of payroll and benefits requirements;
