Role Overview:

MetaWin is searching for a Head of Creative to shape and lead our design function from the ground up. This role calls for deep expertise in art and design direction, as well as a hands-on approach to crafting and guiding innovative projects. The perfect candidate will have an impressive portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills and a history of successful project execution. You will be both a strategic leader and an active creator, driving high-quality design work while building and motivating a stellar creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:Actively design marketing materials for digital ads, social media publications, on-site graphics, mockups, and email graphics.
• Visual Concepts:Create visual concepts, layouts, and graphic designs for our website and social media platforms.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop and execute new design concepts and campaigns.
• Concept Presentation:Present design concepts to the team, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Project Management:Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring they adhere to design specifications and brand guidelines.
• Quality Assurance:Oversee multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Brand Consistency:Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
• Trend Awareness:Stay current with design trends, techniques, and systems to maintain cutting-edge creative work.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
• Advanced knowledge of graphic fundamentals for digital ads, websites, and social media platforms.
• Proven track record as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
