This company is bringing innovation to the residential timber industry by integrating artificial intelligence with expert design, streamlining the process.

As the Head of Design, you will:

Provide quality assurance by reviewing component designs on a range of projects.
Train the team members in industry standard practices for estimation and design.
Consult with customers and adding value through offering insights.
Maintain relationships with key clients & stakeholders.
Assist in the efficiency in creating take-offs, pricing/quotes, and quality assurance.Who we are looking for:

8+ years of experience within the timber/residential industry.
Knowledge on Design, Estimation and Quality Assurance.
Proficient in software: MiTek, Wolf, Gangnail, Consultec or Industry equivalents.
Understanding of construction documents plans, building materials, and residential building standards.
Passion for technology and be comfortable working in a virtual environment with international teams.
Takes pride in their work and does so with a high-level honesty and integrity.This truly is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high growth team within an innovative building company, using market-first technology.
