This company is bringing innovation to the residential timber industry by integrating artificial intelligence with expert design, streamlining the process.As the Head of Design, you will:Provide quality assurance by reviewing component designs on a range of projects.Train the team members in industry standard practices for estimation and design.Consult with customers and adding value through offering insights.Maintain relationships with key clients & stakeholders.Assist in the efficiency in creating take-offs, pricing/quotes, and quality assurance.Who we are looking for:8+ years of experience within the timber/residential industry.Knowledge on Design, Estimation and Quality Assurance.Proficient in software: MiTek, Wolf, Gangnail, Consultec or Industry equivalents.Understanding of construction documents plans, building materials, and residential building standards.Passion for technology and be comfortable working in a virtual environment with international teams.Takes pride in their work and does so with a high-level honesty and integrity.This truly is an exciting opp...
