This newHead of Data Science & Analyticsrole will lead a growing UK-based function within theAudio Division, acting as a strategic partner across digital, revenue, and marketing. You'll help shape the organisation’s data vision while leading on predictive modelling, experimentation, and insight delivery at scale.


🧩 What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and BI engineers
  • Own the strategy for how data is used to drive growth, engagement, and commercial outcomes
  • Deliver predictive models to optimise audience targeting, content strategy, and advertising revenue
  • Develop analytics products and tooling to support multiple business units
  • Act as a key point of contact for European stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Translate complex data into actionable insight for both technical and non-technical audiences
