Head of Data & AI Literacy Contract - 3 monthsHybrid - London, Glasgow or Cardiff £700 - £800 per day (insideIR35) We are looking for a Head of Data & AI Literacy to play apivotal role in fostering a deep understanding of data andartificial intelligence across our customers organisation. Thisrole extends beyond technical innovation; it encompasses empoweringteams with the knowledge and skills needed to harness dataeffectively. Key Responsibilities : Enabling AI Adoption :Accelerate the safe adoption of AI capabilities and features. Thisincludes existing products such as CoPilot, and developing theorganisations own Machine Learning and AI models using the businessdata from the Data Science Team. Understanding Evolving Needs: Thisbusiness-facing role will require close working with staff acrossthe organisation to understand their evolving needs. your goal isto find the right solutions and capabilities that align with theseneeds. Guidelines and Training: Lead the production of trainingmaterials and guidelines for safe and appropriate AI and data usageby staff. Strategic Roadmap : Collaborate with CDAIO and othersenior leaders to set a roadmap for transformation initiativesrelated to AI and data improvement. The roadmap will guide the AIand data journey, ensuring alignment with business goals. Deliveryand Implementation : Work alongside the Snr Data Business Partnerand technical applications teams, you will drive the AI and datacapabilities. The role bridges the gap between strategy andexecution. Key Skills & Experience: Understanding of dataliteracy, data science and artificial intelligence. Must be able toexplain these topics to a non-technical audience. Experience ofworking in a complex environment, acting as an internal expert, andadvising leaders on strategic needs. Excellent communication andpresentation skills. Proven record in project and portfoliodelivery. Extensive experience working collaboratively with diversecolleagues. Desirable - Experience creating data and AI literacyprogrammes within formal education and as part of lifelong learninginitiatives.
