With our key digital marketing delivery teams, you will coordinate the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance our marketing capabilities, improve client outcomes, and drive efficiency and business growth. This exciting new role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of performance marketing.Main roles and responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the agency's overall business goalsPartner with our delivery teams to ensure AI adoption and get everyone onboard with the AI visionLead the integration & testingof AI into existing workflows and processesOversee the identification, evaluation, and selection of AI-powered marketing tools and technologiesMonitor and measure the performance of AI initiatives and financial impact of AI with the finance and operations teamsWork closely with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how AI solutions can enhance their marketing performancePresent AI-driven strategies and results to clients and stakeholdersEnsure that AI tools used respect the boundaries of user privacy and function without inherent biasesManage AI risksMaintain a balance between business, human involvement and technologyDesired/Essential Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of AI technologies with a passion for the areaTechnical proficiency in AI and data analyticsWorking knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and other advanced AI techniquesAbility to lead successful AI initiativesPossess a deep understanding of the ethical and regulatory considerations associated with AIStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience and a good understanding of performance marketingPassionate about driving innovation and changeStrong understanding of businesses and how AI can be used to improve a businesss bottom lineAbout Spike Established in 2010, Spike is a Google Certified Partner, an accredited professional in Microsoft Ads and operates live campaigns for many different types and sizes of businesses.
