Information Technology Recruitment Manager

£45,000-£50,000 (negotiable DOE) plus commission

Hybrid: 2 days in modern, city centre office

About the Role:

As a Team Leader with a leading IT recruitment firm, you'll be responsible for overseeing and growing a team of dedicated IT Recruiters specialising in data-related roles. Your role will involve:

• Leading and Mentoring:Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Data Recruitment Expertise:Specializing in a wide range of data roles, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Machine Learning Engineers, BI Analysts, Database Administrators, Data Architects, Statisticians, Financial Data Analysts, and Marketing Data Analysts.
• Business Development:Actively seeking out new clients and expanding your team's reach within the data recruitment market.
• Coaching and Development:Investing in your team's professional growth through ongoing coaching and development initiatives.
• Data-Driven Approach:Utilizing data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and enhance team performance.
