Data Analyst: £35k DOE - Edinburgh (Hybrid)
We're looking to grow our team further by recruiting a Data Analyst to join our team based in Edinburgh. We're looking for candidates with experience in software engineering, data science, or satellite image analysis, but not expecting people with expertise in more than one of these areas. Our current data analysts and scientists come from a range of backgrounds including environmental sciences, math's, physics, meteorology, computational neuroscience and data science.
This role will based from the Edinburgh office, however can offer hybrid working up to two days per week.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a physical science or computing subject, with a 2:1 or higher, or equivalent work experience.
Ideally, you would have experience with Python and some familiarity with other languages (e.g. R, Julia, JavaScript),
Experience with or interest in data science, statistics, or machine learning.
Experience with GIS / QGIS
