Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cloud Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our cloud services portfolio, which includes cloud migration, application modernization, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML). The role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key
Accountabilities:
· Prospect and qualify leads for cloud services, including cloud migration, app modernization, SRE, and AI/ML solutions.
· Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to tailor cloud solutions and deliver business value propositions.
· Partner with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the benefits of cloud services.
· Conduct effective sales presentations to key decision-makers at prospective and existing client accounts.
· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing and sales cycle processes.
· Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying potential roadblocks.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
· Contribute to sales forecasting and performance reviews.
· Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or IT services industry.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
· Certification in MS Azure/AWS/GCP preferred, with an intent to obtain the certification promptly.
· Established connections in the Commercial domain, focusing on Large or Mid Enterprise clients.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
· In-depth understanding of cloud computing concepts, including cloud migration, app modernization, SRE, and AI/ML.
· Past experience handling large Enterprise Clients and closing significant deals.
