Wealso provide additional services to our customers by deployingexperienced & expert IT consultants on contract as per theproject requirements of our customers within UK and across theGLOBE.

AtMINDVERSE CONSULTING we are in search of multiple experienced salesspecialists to join us on COMMISSIONONLYbasis.

Asyou know that for a salesperson number is very important and wewill invest and take every possible step to make sure you achieveyour desired number for mutual benefits. Here are the mutualresponsibilities and duties to setup a mutually beneficialrelationship.

Wewill deploy at least two dedicated recruiters for you i.e. thesetwo recruiters will work exclusively for your requirements only.Your duty is to ensure that these recruiters should get enoughopportunities from you to work daily on yourrequirements.

Wewill also offer you to cross sell our other products/services tothe customers as and when it is relevant to their needs this willalso increase you chance to earnmore.

Youwill not carry any specific target to meet rather it is up to youto setup your own target and communicate to us so that we canallocate resources to you accordingly. You need to share yourselfimposed target within at the time of starting the assignmentwith us or beginning of every financialyear.

Wepay recurring commission on every deal we close with your help andcommission is payable every month after we realise the revenue fromthecustomer.

This recurringcommission is payable to you if the specific staffing contract islive and for any renewal of the samecontract.

Wewill also provide necessary technical training free of cost andenable you to take the advantage of cross selling of our otherproducts orservices.

EssentialSkills

Youshould have a strong background in sales particularly working froma remote place i.e. calling and emailing potential clients. Anexperienced Inside Salesperson (IT) is an ideal candidate for thisrequirement.

Must have a goodnetwork of potential customers i.e.prospects.

Selfmotivatedwith a passion for person centric salesmechanism.

Youshould understand the legal aspects of the contract and permanentstaffing scenario within theUK.

Youmust be an excellent communicator and expertnegotiator.

Youshould have a minimum understanding of modern InformationTechnology slandscape.

Youmust be registered as selfemployed person with HMRC and must haveyour own VAT TAX & Bank Account in UnitedKingdom.

Ability to workindependently on a commissiononly basis having your own workingenvironment i.e. computing device internet softwareetc.
