Job Summary

Sales Specialist (Commission Only) shall be responsible to win staffing deals within his/her business territory. He/she must have the ability to monitor the company’s competitors, market conditions and trends and customer’s industry specific needs while working in the marketplace and share the information with the peer team within the company.

Responsibilities & Duties

We are SME IT Consulting company focusing on CLOUD COMPUTING & DATA SCIENCE CONSULTING space as MICROSOFT AI CLOUD SOLUTION PROVIDER within UNITED KINGDOM & across EUROPE.

We also provide additional services to our customers by deploying experienced & expert IT consultants on contract as per the project requirements of our customers within the UK and across the GLOBE.

At MINDVERSE CONSULTING, we are in search of multiple experienced sales specialists to join us on COMMISSION-ONLY basis.

As you know that for a salesperson, number is very important, and we will invest and take every possible step to make sure you achieve your desired number for mutual benefits. Here are the mutual responsibilities and duties to setup a mutually beneficial relationship.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">       We will deploy at least two dedicated recruiters for you, i.e., these two recruiters will work exclusively for your requirements only (based on your number projection). Your duty is to ensure that these recruiters should get enough opportunities from you to work daily on your requirements.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">         We will also offer you to cross sell our other products/services to the customers as and when it is relevant to their needs, this will also increase you chance to earn more.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">          You will not carry any specific target to meet, rather it is up to you to setup your own target and communicate to us, so that we can allocate resources to you accordingly. You need to share your self-imposed target at the time of starting the assignment with us or beginning of every financial year.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">         We pay recurring commission on every deal we close with your help and commission is payable every month, after we realize the revenue from the customer.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">     This recurring commission is payable to you till the specific staffing contract is live and for any renewal of the same contract.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">       We will also provide necessary technical training free of cost and enable you to take the advantage of cross selling of our other products or services.

Essential Skills

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">        You should have a strong background in sales, particularly working from a remote place, i.e., calling and emailing potential clients. An experienced Inside Salesperson (IT) is an ideal candidate for this requirement.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">        Must have a good network of potential customers, i.e., prospects.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">        Self-motivated with a passion for person-centric sales mechanism.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">        You should understand the legal aspects of the contract and permanent staffing scenario within the UK.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">        You must be an excellent communicator and expert negotiator.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">        You should have a minimum understanding of modern Information Technology’s landscape.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">        You must be registered as self-employed person with HMRC and must have your own VAT, TAX & Bank Account in United Kingdom.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">        Ability to work independently on a commission-only basis, having your own working environment, i.e., computing device, internet, software etc.

Nice to have Skills

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">        Should have necessary depth of the network to feed two recruiters with appropriate opportunities on a regular basis from the very beginning of the relationship with MINDVERSE CONSULTING SERVICES.

Background Check Required

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">         Must be a citizen of the United Kingdom.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">         Must have registration with HMRC as self-employed person.

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">         Must have VAT, TAX & Bank Accounts.

Benefits

·<span style="font:7pt "Times New Roman"">         Recurring Commission on every deal including any renewal payable monthly with a potential to earn between£72,000.00and£100,000.00per year as commission.
