In this executive-level role, you will shape and execute the technical vision of the business, ensuring engineering practices meet our high standards and future vision.Lead the development and communication of Assystem’s technical strategy aligned with business goalsOversee the technical governance team to ensure best practices in quality and standardsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders on R&D initiatives and intellectual propertyLead technology adoption across the company, championing AI, machine learning, and data analyticsEnsure successful technical delivery of projects, meeting regulatory standards and client expectationsEngage with clients, providing technical expertise and supporting business growthMy profile

Required Skills and QualificationsDegree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Systems EngineeringExtensive experience in the nuclear or defence sectors with proven technical leadershipExperience leading large-scale engineering projects and managing technical governanceIn-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ISO19443, ISO19650)Proven expertise in strategic planning and driving technological innovationDesired SkillsAdvanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in EngineeringExperience integrating acquired companies’ capabilitiesFamiliarity with cutting-edge technologies (AI, machine learning, data analytics)Strong client engagement and business development skillsFellowship in professional bodies such as IMeCHE, IEEDue to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
