Founding Business Development Representative Pre-IPOAI/Computer Vision Startup Location: London Salary: £40-50k basesalary + uncapped commission (OTE: £75-85k) The Role: Scout Globalis the hiring partner of a AI/Computer Vision start up who arelooking for a London based SDR / BDR.... As the Founding BDR youwill be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth byeffectively prospecting new business opportunities, nurturingclient relationships, and closing deals. Your role will involveunderstanding various forms of AI / ML & Computer Vision,engaging with technical aspects, and showcasing solutions topotential clients across a multitude of industries. What You'll Doand Achieve: - Identify and secure new business opportunitieswithin the new territory and build GTM pipeline. - Work closelywith the CEO and Board of Advisors to define market segments, carveout ICP definition, and build a strategy to get us to £1m in ARR. -Drive top of funnel lead generation with a structured andthoughtful approach to prospecting. - Navigate complexorganizational hierarchies to pinpoint key decision-makers,including executive sponsors and internal champions. - Conductthorough research to understand your customers' business objectivesand guide them through a value-driven sales process. - Consistentlyachieve KPI+ revenue targets by employing a metrics-driven approachto sales - Develop and implement effective sales strategies andtactics to build pipeline and achieve predictable, repeatablebookings. - Provide valuable feedback to other corporate functionsto drive continuous improvement. - Create ROI and businessjustification reports using data-driven analysis. Who You Are: -You bring 2+ years of business development experience with a proventrack record as a top performer - MUST be within a AI/ML Vendor -You excel at learning, pitching, and demonstrating highly technicalproducts, and can thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. -Someone who is passionate about the holistic process of being aneffective BDR - bonus points if you’ve already leveragedLinkedIn/Social media to grow a personal brand - You are adept atuncovering new opportunities and building out new territories usinga repeatable methodology. - You have experience building strongrelationships and selling directly to C-level executives as well asmore technical stakeholders. - You possess knowledge / experienceof best-in-class software, with a strong technical understanding ofAI / ML & Computer Vision (MUST). - You have experience sellingtechnical SaaS and cloud-based solutions (Gen AI / MLOps is abonus). MUST HAVE's: - Experience, generating own leads andprospects, being a self sufficient outbound BDR. - Familiarity withtarget account selling, solution selling, and methodologies likeMEDDIC, CoM or Challenger is a plus. - Consistent top performer isa must / start up hunger. - Hybrid 2-3 days a week into Londonoffice.Follow Scout Global for more roles likethis
