Role:

Following further growth and expansion across the UK market, this technology start-up with a fantastic artificial intelligence solution which is designed for the care sector is now hiring. They are looking to increase the size of its sales function by bringing on board a business development manager to focus on building the clients profile whilst selling its AI solution into the social care sector, primarily care homes and maybe also home care. Working in a pure new business capacity, the ideal candidate will be highly-motivated, driven and ambitious with experience selling SAAS/software or other technology solutions into care homes or wider social care. It is a must that you are consultative and can build trust with your customers. This company is going through a very exciting period and offer the right candidate a great opportunity to branch out into the world of AI and progress their career.

Candidate Skills Required:

• Proven track record of new business wins
  
  
• Experience in selling SAAS/software solutions
  
  
• Sold into the social care sector
  
  
• Strong commercial acumen
  
  
• A minimum of 3+ years IT sales experience
  
  Candidate Skills Beneficial:
  
  
• Experience selling into care homes/home care
  
  
• Used to low value/transactional sales
