What you'll do:


As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sale of professional and technological services, enhancing the company's references and capabilities in Customer Experience, Data, and Artificial Intelligence. You will develop customer-centric, value-generating strategies to increase overall business effectiveness and expand the clients' portfolio. Building deep relationships with the clients' executive managers and sponsors, you will become a trusted advisor at multiple levels of management. You will also support pre-sales and new business development efforts, define pricing models, provide quarterly reviews to the executive management team, and collaborate on major fee negotiations and upcoming work. Additionally, you will lead client presentations for new initiatives and provide strategic account management support to clients in the UK.



Who you are:


You are an experienced Business Development professional with a strong track record in consulting and tech services, particularly in CRM, Digital transformation, and Customer Experience. You have a keen interest in blending Digital-CRM and new technology trends such as AI, RPA, Marketing automation, and Big Data. Skilled in presenting to senior level clients and large groups, you have the ability to inspire people and sell ideas through storytelling.


We are looking for someone coming from a large corporation, who has experience in dealing with National and Global clients!


What we offer:


A competitive annual salary ranging from £80,000 to £100,000, depending on experience.
