Position Details:

Job Title:Business Analyst (BA)

Location:London (hybrid)

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with experience working with banking clients.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with process modeling, requirements gathering, and business process optimization.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and data analysis techniques.
