Are you ready to embark on a journey to revolutionize the utilities industry? Our client, an international digital transformation consultancy is pioneering solutions that address the core strategic challenges faced by global utility players. Their mission is to empower utilities with cutting-edge AI, cloud, and engineering advancements, enabling them to optimise their vast networks and enhance their service delivery of vital public goods. As part of their expansion strategy in the UK and USA, they are now seeking a customer focused Business Analyst to play a key role in their client engagement within the water utilities sector.


As a Business Analyst in their rapidly expanding consultancy, you'll be a versatile problem solver, adapting and finding solutions within your team and domain. Ideal candidates will possess a mix of technical expertise, digital understanding, strong communication skills, and client-facing experience. Your remit will encompass fostering stakeholder relationships and supporting the Product Owner to refine roadmaps, track KPIs and improve processes.


To apply, you will have already gained good experience within an Agile environment, either gained in a consultancy working with the utilities industry, or a leading UK utility organisation, be proficient in business process modeling and translating company goals into digital transformation roadmaps. An understanding of MDM solutions would be useful. With excellent technical writing, presentation, and communication skills, you will also possess strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Equally, digital skills (e.g., programming, data science). Business Analysis certifications (BCS, BABOK, Agile PO) are also highly desirable.


This is a hybrid role, requiring some presence at the consultancy's client in Berkshire.


We would be interested in talking to Business Analysts with some experience gained within the top management consultancies, preferably with utilities or energy experience.
